KISS Berbanding Multilevel Approach

Management is very urgent and needed in managing institutions, businesses organizations, because without measurable management the journey of organizations will find many difficulties achieving goals. In maximizing work as a team to achieve organizational goals, four actions are introduced science, namely coordination, integration, simplification synchronization, which abbreviated "KISS". This research that uses method literature study or review. Library research, explaining phenomenon organization occurs based on scientific studies have been done before. The KISS Multilevel approaches two ways approaching transdisciplinary different approaches, if approach smaller, internal side organization, while multilevel broader by involving all possibilities can support achievement starting from highest level, middle level lowest level. Both both process for same purpose, goals properly, effectively efficiently.
